Accessing the KeyMobile App

New Users:

• Download and install the KeyMobile App.
• Click on Register.
• Enter your BVN, account number, and select a verification option.
• Provide the last six digits of your card.
• Enter the SMS OTP sent to your phone.
• Create a preferred username and password.

Existing Users:

• If you are already a registered user, you can access the KeyMobile App using the following methods:
• Log in with your username and existing password to complete transactions.
• Utilize facial recognition for a seamless login experience.
• Utilize fingerprint authentication for a seamless login experience.
